About the event
A family picnic in the park, located at the Maroochy Botanical Gardens, families of Trans, Brotherboy, Sistergirl, Non-Binary and Gender Diverse youth getting the opportunity to connect.
This will give families a chance to connect and debrief on what has been happening and give youth the opportunity to connect with other youth on a similar journey as their own. There will be a mindfulness colouring in / craft table and bocce available to help facilitate connection and conversation. Food/ water and soft drink provided, families will need to register to ensure dietary requirements are met.
